Cosmic Scope for June 2023
The month of June is filled with expansive and chatty vibes. Jupiter conjunct North Node in Taurus brings a feeling of well deserved reward in the house that they fall in your chart. To understand more about the theme of each house, read more here. Jupiter stays in Taurus for a year until May 2024. This will be the area of your life that entails positivity, freedom, adventure, abundance and optimism.
1st half of June: Conclusion of a belief/truth, big love, communications
Starting with a Full Moon at 13 degrees Sagittarius on 4 June, this is a culmination of our belief system, drawing on higher knowledge and wisdom. We may conclude a certain belief or truth in a particular area of our lives, then ready to move on to seek a new perspective.
On 5/6 June, Venus enters Leo. Express your love in a big way! Pamper yourself, allow some indulgence, let your creative juice flow and show it to the world.
The month will get busy when Mercury enters Gemini on 11 June, where there will be lots of communication, connections, news. Disagreements, negotiations are also likely during this period. This is also the time when Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn. We might hear more of corporates, government, organizations undergoing big transformations as Pluto continues his excavation project.
2nd half of June: Re-evaluate dreams/vision, rumination, family/home
On 17 June, Saturn goes retrograde in Pisces, giving us a chance to re-evaluate our dreams, fantasies or intuition. When Saturn first entered Pisces on 8 March, some of our dreams were materialized. But during this retrograde period until 2 November, we have a chance to re-assess if this is really what we wanted in the first place.
This is immediately followed by the New Moon at 26 degrees Gemini on 18 June. We might start to seek comfort through sharing our thoughts and ideas with others. Wanting to learn new things. This is a good time to start a new course. The flip side of Gemini is rumination. Stay aware of times when you overthink. Journaling will help to release all the thoughts clouding your mind.
Next, we enter the Cancer season when the Sun enters Cancer on 21 June. This is followed by Mercury also moving into Cancer on 27 June. The collective focus is shifting towards family and home. Down in the Southern Hemisphere where I live, we have lots of end of financial year (“EOFY”) sale and this might be the time when everyone starts to grab a good bargain of household goods. For those of you up at the Northern Hemisphere, it might be a good family time at the beach or hold BBQ parties during summer.
And finally, towards the last day of June and early July, Neptune starts to station retrograde, which will be a whole new scenario and I shall share more soon!
